Maths Mastery Webinar Resources

Please find attached the recording and slide presentation from the webinar held on Wednesday.

Thank you to those 269 principal colleagues who were able to join us on Wednesday 25 September.

We understand that it is a busy time, and want to ensure that the information shared during the webinar, is easily accessible to all – even if you were unable to get to the webinar.

Attached is the recording of the webinar and a copy of the presentation which shared insights and information on curriculum rollouts, programs, and support.

Here is the link to the edited version of the recording from Wednesday. Please feel free to start from 4:02 … we had a bit of a wait to let everyone in through the “lobby”.

The session provided some practical ideas for schools prioritising structured literacy next year or those seeking long-term, math-specific support.

We emphasised the importance of principals understanding what effective math teaching and learning looks and sounds like, regardless of existing programs or resources that are received.

Our goal was to help you on the journey to elevating math education in your school, whether your school’s focus was on math now, next year, or in the future. There are lots of links to helpful resources within the presentation. Feel free to share this presentation with your own staff.

Thank you for the affirming comments we have received regarding the content of the webinar.
